Add VintfObjectRecovery
A special VintfObject for recovery. CheckCompatibility
knows how to mount /system and /vendor if necessary.
Test: testing with a test CL that replaces graphics test
into calling android::vintf::details::mountSystem
/ mountVendor, and the partitions are actually
mounted.
