CMAKE_C_STANDARD_REQUIRED

Default value for ``C_STANDARD_REQUIRED`` property of targets.

This variable is used to initialize the :prop_tgt:`C_STANDARD_REQUIRED`
property on all targets.  See that target property for additional
information.
