Update to a fixed asan_device_setup. Change is this fix: https://github.com/llvm-mirror/compiler-rt/commit/bd58cbc2f3708fdd1de35b2d09b4ec648829a9a5. Without that patch, KitKat devices will not be able to boot because of selinux denials. Bug: https://github.com/android-ndk/ndk/issues/6 Change-Id: I3b3c37157516bbb29a06b56d7101514d95ff9c3b
