Espresso support for make based builds. Wallet's instrument management library (used in Phonesky) would like to write espresso based tests and are currently using make based builds. No plans to change to gradle for at least a few months and would like to use make in the interim. Change-Id: Ibd9d9b69acf447702027f1a11944816f088bf3f5
