Replace _host suffix with more standard -host suffix. Most libraries use the "-host" suffix when building for the host. This patch renames libext2 libraries to use -host instead of _host. Bug: 24619596 TEST=make dist Change-Id: I614b389c267dcc75b291d842a99fc1d673723dfa
