Clean up gcc attributes We have a number of explicit __GNUC__ conditionals to tell if we want to use some gcc extensions for extra warnings. This cleans this up to use a single conditional, defining convenience macros for those attributes. Signed-off-by: David Gibson <david@gibson.dropbear.id.au>
