vndk-def: Add deps-insight deps-insight is a HTML-based tool to show the dependencies between the libraries. This is designed to ease the module dependencies review work. Test: Run deps-insight subcommand against sailfish tree. Change-Id: I20f23f7f604da289a22477ed82abe4361e5252c7
